Visit the VCCA Office on the first business day of your arrival to pick up your VCCA ID badge. In addition to identifying you as a VCCA Fellow, the ID card contains a quick reference for important contact details and emergency information.
Head to the VCCA Office to check in and receive your bedroom and studio assignments, key codes, a brief orientation, and a VCCA ID badge. Short-term parking is available by the VCCA Office.
Park in the Fellows Parking lot. Head to the Fellows Residence lobby where you will find welcome materials with your name on it by the mailboxes. Visit the VCCA Office on the first business day of your arrival to pick up your VCCA ID.
💪 If you would like help moving into your room or studio: please arrive by 1 p.m. on a business day. Facilities staff will not be available to help on weekends, holidays, or after 1 p.m. on weekdays.

Reserved Parking for WS11 | Short-term parking is available near the Studio Barn complex for loading/unloading.
