Mail is delivered each weekday afternoon to the mailboxes in the Fellows Residence lobby (look for your bedroom number on the top of the mail box).
Outgoing mail is collected each business day from the mail tray on the counter in the VCCA Office, as well as at 2 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday from the “Staff/Outgoing” bin below the mailboxes in the Fellows Residence.
Postage stamps are available for purchase in the VCCA Office.

Please schedule a pickup and print out a label, either via the United Parcel Service (UPS) website or the FedEx website. Securely wrapped package(s) must be weighed, measured, and labeled before a pickup can be scheduled. Please bring all packages to the office ready to ship. For same day pickup, packages must be scheduled and ready by 11 a.m.
